Earn Points

Members earn 1 Point for every $1 USD spent on eligible purchases.

  • Points are credited after order fulfillment is completed.
  • Only paid orders qualify for points.
  • Shipping fees, taxes, and discounted amounts are excluded unless otherwise stated.

Membership Tiers (Annual Points System)

Membership tiers are determined by total accumulated points within the last 12 months.

All membership benefits are valid only during an active qualification period (12 months). After expiration, tier status will be recalculated.

Tier Validity & Reset

  • Membership tiers are valid for 12 months from the date of qualification.
  • After 12 months, membership status will be re-evaluated based on points earned in the most recent 12-month period.
  • If a member no longer meets the required threshold, they will be downgraded accordingly.
  • Tier benefits are only active while the member remains qualified.

Points System

Points Expiration

  • Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
  • Expired points will be automatically removed from the account balance.

Points Deduction

  • When points are redeemed for rewards, the corresponding points are deducted immediately.

Discount Rules

To ensure fair usage:

  • Membership discounts and reward coupons cannot be combined.

  • Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
