Where is my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.Please allow **24–72 hours** for the tracking information to become available.If you haven't received your shipping confirmation or need additional assistance, feel free to contact our customer support team.

How do I return or exchange an item?

We offer a **30-day return policy** from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging whenever possible.

Are your products in stock or available for pre-order?

Some styles are available for immediate shipment, while others are offered as pre-order items. Estimated shipping dates are clearly displayed on each product page.

Can I change my shipping address, size, or color after placing an order?

Yes. You may contact our Customer Support team within 12 hours of placing your order to request changes to your shipping address, size, or color.

Please note that once your order has been packed or shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Size or color changes are only available for orders that have not yet been shipped.

How do I use a discount code or gift card?

During checkout, enter your discount code in the "Discount Code" field or your gift card code in the "Gift Card" field, then click "Apply".
Please note:
Each discount code can only be used once.
Only one discount code may be applied per order.
Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated.
