At Cozople, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have **30 days from the date your order is delivered** to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

* Unworn and unused
* Unwashed
* In its original condition
* With all original tags attached
* In the original packaging whenever possible

You'll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we'll provide you with return instructions, including the return address. Please note that **items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted**.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged:

* Final Sale or Clearance items
* Gift Cards
* Personalized or customized products
* Intimate apparel or other hygiene-sensitive items (where applicable)

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within **7 days of delivery**.

Please include:

* Your order number
* Photos of the item
* Photos of the shipping packaging

We'll evaluate the issue and work quickly to provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or defective item), **customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping**.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns and exchanges can only be processed in the country or region where the original purchase was made.

 Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.

 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within **14 days** for any reason and without providing a justification.

To qualify, the item must be returned:

* Unworn and unused
* With original tags attached
* In its original packaging
* Together with proof of purchase

This statutory right does not affect any additional rights offered under our standard 30-day return policy.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within **5–10 business days**.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
